It's hard to believe that it's End of Financial Year already - an excellent time to review what is going really well, what isn't doing too well, what issues are existing and how you can work through them to maximise your effectiveness in the next six months. So much has happened in the last two months. It all started with TurningPoint and SuperTeams, both workshops sold out so remember to book your team in early next year, or contact the Results Team to pre-register.

A lot of our Members have asked for a PM dedicated workshop and we've done this successfully with PM Accelerated. And who could forget Principal Advance. We touched on some great new topics with our external speakers, shared some cutting edge Innovations and took away some awesome tools and resources at Marketing Showcase. We also introduced a bonus half day of free-time and this was definitely a massive success, given there's so much to take in over three full days.

We've also changed our events calendar up a little for the rest of the year which we'll share with you as soon as we finalise some dates and venues. The Business of Real Estate, a Conference for all Principals & Leaders in the Real Estate Industry is happening in September. Also Coach the Coach, a workshop for anyone, in any industry leading a team and needing the necessary skills to manage a team is on in October. Earlier this month, RER Network held it's annual Principal Advance - a conference dedicated to Principals and Leaders in the Network. Mind, Body & Soul brought a different energy to the event. Rachael Robertson and Jen Cudmore were our guests speakers and did a fantastic job of connecting with our Members, helping them view things in a different way and to react positively to any roadblocks they may come across in business.
