Well, we are half way throughout the year and it's the perfect time to do a review and preview - a review of what the last six months looked like and importantly a preview of what the next six months will look like.
A key success quality is the ability to self analyse, take a step back and look at how am I doing "me" and how would I actually shift, change or modify that to get more value? In the last six months of this year, you'll invest somewhere around 1250 hours in your real estate business. So why not get an exceptional return on investment? Take a look at how you're doing "you" and how you can upgrade that in a particular way to make the next six months absolutely exceptional.
A great way to upgrade is to start utilising today's technology to get
things done. This newsletter features some great tips and Apps to increase your productivity.

Not so much an App, but a feature in the App which you may have noticed that I've been using a lot of my quick tips. Facebook Live, a free, live streaming product is definitely something that progressive agents should move on. Imagine, the ability to create a virtual open house and all those passive buyers within reach. Asana
This is very similar to Wunderlist but a little more detailed for those working in teams. You can assign tasks (your to-do-list) and apply a due date for each task. This is very handy as you can also view the tasks in Calendar mode. A really good example is using Asana for Marketing Calendars. It can give each member of your marketing team a checklist of things to do before the due date. Add in appointments such as you photographer, copywriter, floorplanner and even add deadlines for press ads and web launches. Read More >>
